The Effingham Public Library is pleased to host local artist, Karly Zumwalt. A young artist, Karly is 11 years old and in the 6th grade at Altamont Grade School.

Effingham Public Library is pleased to welcome local artists, Tytia Habing, Abby Hartke, and Liz Jackson. As part of a state-wide campaign, these three artists were commissioned by the Art Alliance of Illinois to create art that promotes COVID-19 vaccinations.
