Winter Reading Program 2024

Embark on a literary adventure this February with Effingham Public Library’s Winter Read Program: “Where We Come From.” Explore the rich tapestry of family, history, and identity through the enchanting world of literature.

All ages are welcome to participate! Everyone who reads 14 days in February will get a reward- a Dominos or Culver’s voucher, as well as be entered into a grand prize drawing for $25 Effingham Downtown Bucks.
