Winter Reading Program 2023

Experience all the feels this winter! Learn about the history of emojis, explore the importance of emotions, and discover fun activities to express yourself fully —all while earning badges on a virtual bingo card! From Jan. 3–28, Effingham Public Library is participating in “All the Feels,” a winter reading challenge sponsored by Beanstack.

We challenge our community to read and log at least 500 books total during the challenge. Earn fun emoji-themed badges for logging your reading, completing activities, submitting book reviews, and earning bingo.

Top-performing libraries and schools will earn cash prizes from Beanstack.

Participants who complete a Bingo will receive a chocolate bar.

Participants that finish a full Bingo card will be eligible for a virtual drawing for Effingham Downtown Bucks .
