The Effingham Public Library is pleased to host local artist, Angie Fauss. Angie graduated from Parkland College in 2013 with an Associates in Photography.

Effingham Public Library is pleased to welcome local artists, Tytia Habing, Abby Hartke, and Liz Jackson. As part of a state-wide campaign, these three artists were commissioned by the Art Alliance of Illinois to create art that promotes COVID-19 vaccinations.
