Effingham Public Library Hosts Local Artist Danielle Ruholl The work of local artist Danielle Ruholl will be on display in the art gallery at the Suzette Brumleve Memorial Effingham Public Library through June 27. Ruholl, a native of Arcola, has been painting for about 20 years.
