Area residents can receive assistance with filing for unemployment benefits, obtaining government-issued phones, accessing food resources, and other support services through the Effingham County Case Managers at the Effingham Public Library.
Case Managers are available Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
