Library Announcements

Will you help our community to Read, Imagine, Grow?

Your gift today can help us transform your library’s landscaping, introduce the community to edible landscaping, offset our state budget shortfall, and help us pay down our debt.

Dr. Rick and Angie Workman have generously agreed to match dollar for dollar for every financial gift we receive, up to a total of $25,000. Their matching gift makes it a Win-Win for everyone.

Our Annual Fund 2017 will provide:

*Improved Landscaping with edible plants – Phase 1 – $20,000
* State Budget Shortfall – $15,000
*Debt reduction – $25,000
Total Goal 2017 – $60,000

As a friend and supporter of the Effingham Public Library, you understand the impact a public library can have on all ages.  Our Read, Imagine, Grow 2017 Annual Fund can make a big difference to the Effingham Community, and we need your help. Whether you are six or sixty, your gift can help the Effingham Public Library continue to be a vibrant and growing library that will continue to meet the needs of our community.

Look out for information on the Clyde Window Display where our youngest readers can also experience philanthropy through the Clyde Paw Challenge.
