Effingham Public Library is pleased to welcome back Stang Arts to the Art Gallery. The showcased artwork was been donated by Stang Arts students and instructors for the upcoming Fundraising for the Future silent auction in support of the Effingham Public Library’s new after school program: R.I.S.E.
