Plans

The Effingham Public Library board and staff regularly participate in various planning efforts to ensure that the programs and projects we take on are in line with our community’s needs. Below are some of those plans.

Each January, the board approves an action plan to guide the annual activities of the library. The action plans are based on the strategic plan and include specific steps that will be implemented throughout the year to achieve the goals put forth in the strategic plan.
